Making with Data: Textile & Fiber Arts

$12.00

What happens when data and textiles come together? How do we interpret information in stitches, patterns, and shapes? What does it mean to touch data? Making with Data features original works that combine environmental and social justice data with quilting, embroidery, and other textile arts. Through imagery, process narrative, and personal reflection, Nancy Smith explores how to connect data and art to create meaningful visual expressions.
